Belle Bridal Jewellery has partnered with several shipping companies to provide you with fast and reliable delivery options. Your shipping rate will depend on which country you ship to and what method you use. We offer two methods of shipping, one is Flat Rate Shipping (most economical way) and Expedited Shipping. Tracking number is available for both methods.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due to the coronavirus outbreaks, the delivery in certain regions and countries where airmails are currently unavailable may delay.  The delivery time will vary from 14 days up to 5 weeks.  Please consider your wearing days before ordering.  

Currently, international airmail services in most of Asian countries, large part of Europe and certain part of states in the US have been resumed, ordered goods are expected to reach to this countries/regions in  14 - 28 days after shipped out. However, in some of the states in the US, Canada, Australia and certain countries in Europe are still suspended, customers will expect the items to be deliver in around 4 to 5 weeks. 

Customer is advised to contact us at sales@bellebridaljewellery.com before ordering if your delivery is urgent, expedited delivery service will be available.

For all order below 1kg will enjoy FREE SHIPPING no matter where you live. 

Trade Customers (Wholesale site): 

The max. weight of the order cannot exceed 4kg per delivery. Exceeding this please contact our customer service representatives, we will suggest a more economical way for you to ship your goods. All charge will be based on the weight.

A waiver of shipping charge will be granted for the order over US$500.  

Express Courier Service

We use Fedex or DHL – Please contact sales@bellebridaljewellery.com to obtain the accurate rates. Parcels normally arrive within 3 - 5 business days. 

Shipment Options & Times

Orders are normally despatched within 1-2 business days. If an item is out of stock we will notify you via email. For handmade items, it will take a longer time (5-10 business days) before dispatch. 

Parcels through Standard Shipment arrive within 6-7 business days within Asia Destinations. Parcels normally arrive within 10 - 20 business days European Countries, USA, Canada & Australia. 6 - 30 business days for all other International Destinations. Express courier items arrive 3-5 business days. Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

If you come from the following countries, you may have to pay for import duties, the countries are:

China, Columbia, Chile, Peru, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Ecuador, Korea, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Palestine, Singapore, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, South Africa, Niger, Ghana, Cote d'Lvoire, Togo, Sultan, Guinea, etc. 

It is important for you to contact our local customs to make sure how much they would charge on the import duties.
